I logged in to the IBM i machine green screen using my user profile
and password,
, and there I ran a few commands on the command line and trying to copy them using CTRL + C
keyboard key as a standard copy key and I observed it was not working instead I have to use the ALT + E + C
key combination to copy the text on IBM i.
The same way I try to paste some commands copied from my notepad on the desktop to the IBM i command line and am unable to paste using the shortcut key CTRL + V
instead I have to use the ALT + E + P
key combination to paste text on IBM i green screen.
What are the steps to map the keyboard to use CTRL + C
to copy and CTRL + V
to paste text on IBM i green screen?
