I have created a zip file on the IFS by zipping an IFS folder by running the Jar command from within the STRQSH command on the IBM i green screen. What are the steps to download that zip file from IFS to the desktop PC using the command prompt?
You may first open the command prompt on your Windows PC and run the following commands:
cd desktopto change the current directory to the desktop so that your file can be downloaded on the desktop.FTP systemname(system name or IP address of your IBM i machine)quote site namefmt 1get /ifspath/Zipfile.zip
